高职院校实训室管理的改革与分析

摘　　要：文章以高职院校的实训室为研究对象,描述了实训室组织、仪器设备等管理模式,从而提出从强化师资队伍、规范实训教学、开放式实训室等3个方面创新实训室管理。并且根据笔者多年的实训室管理经验,提出了相应的管理建议。This paper takes the training room of higher vocational colleges as the research object,describes the management organization model and equipment management mode of the training room,and puts forward innovative management of the training room from three aspects::strengthening the teaching staff,standardizing the training teaching and opening the training room,and according to many years of management experience of the training room,the corresponding management suggestions are put forward.
