摘　　要：实践教学环节是高职人才培养中的重要组成部分。实验室在培养学生理论联系实际、实践能力和创新精神等方面有着不可替代的作用。探讨当前高职院校中制约实验室开放工作的因素,高职院校实行实训助理参与实验室开放工作的优势以及举措,探索实践学生高质量参与实验室开放的自主管理模式,以期对高职院校实验室开放及管理工作提供借鉴作用。Practical teaching is an important part of the training of higher vocational talents, and the laboratory plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students’ theoretical connection, practical ability and innovative spirit. Discuss some factors that restrict the opening of laboratories in higher vocational colleges. The advantages and measures of practicing assistants participating in laboratory open work in higher vocational colleges explore and practice the independent management mode of students’ high quality participation in laboratory opening, inorder to provide reference for the opening and management of laboratories in higher vocational colleges.
