摘　　要：为了响应国家"大众创业、万众创新"的号召,应对高校毕业生人数逐年增加、大学生就业形势严峻等实际问题,鼓励更多的大学生关注并参与创新创业。课题组深入职业院校,对在校学生、毕业生和一定范围内有代表性的企业、创业孵化园区和校企合作企业进行了创新创业实地走访和问卷调查。通过实地走访、调查分析研究,总结出培养高职学生创新创业能力的合理化对策和建议。The fact that the number of college graduates increased year by year causes serious problems for the employment of graduates.The government calls on mass entrepreneurship and innovation to cope with the challenge.Also,our research group spared no effort paying visits to representative firms,incubators and school-enterprise and interviewing college students and graduates,putting forward reasonable advice for those willing to engage in business.
