摘　　要：为了提高职业院校专业教学资源库和在线开放课程的建设质量,解决信息化教学资源建设的共享问题,通过运行动静结合的质量改进螺旋,成立资源共建共享联盟,构建了基于信息化教学资源建设的内部质量保证体系,完善联盟相关制度,持续提升专业教学资源库和在线开放课程的建设质量,有效实现优质教学资源共享。In order to improve the construction quality of professional teaching resource database and online open courses, and solve the problem of sharing of resources in vocational colleges, the quality improvement spiral of combination of dynamic and static operation was implemented, a resource co-construction and Sharing Alliance was established, an internal quality assurance system based on the construction of information-based teaching resources was constructed, the relevant systems of the alliance were improved, the construction quality of professional teaching resources database and online open courses was continuously improved, and the sharing of high-quality teaching resources was effectively realized.
