摘　　要：专创融合是当下社会发展和大学生提高就业能力的必然要求。受传统教育模式局限,现阶段专创融合存在模式固化、形式流于表面、师资欠缺、专创课程整合不足、缺乏有效的评价机制等诸多问题。构建专创融合的高校人才培养机制的有效路径是:渗透专创融合教育理念,提高双创教育重视程度,建构立体化、多层次的融合式课程体系,加强专创融合型师资队伍建设,构建适合专创融合教育的考评机制。The integration of specialty and creation is an inevitable requirement for the current social development and college students to improve their employment.Due to the limitations of the traditional education mode,there are many problems in the current stage of the integration of professional and creative education,such as the solidification of the mode,the superficial form,the lack of teachers,the lack of integration of professional and creative courses,the lack of effective evaluation mechanism and so on.The effective way to construct the talent training mechanism of colleges and universities is to permeate the educational idea of the integration of the innovation and the specialty,improve the attention of the innovation and entrepreneurship education,construct a three-dimensional and multi-level integrated curriculum system,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the integration of the innovation and the evaluation mechanism suitable for the integration of the innovation and the specialty.
