摘  要:针对传统鱼雷舵机电液伺服驱动系统中存在的压力脉动大、工作效率低等问题,提出了一种基于电动静液作动器的鱼雷舵机系统,采用交流伺服电机通过联轴器驱动微型液压泵,控制微型定量泵的旋转速度,改变进入整个鱼雷舵机的流量,最终实现鱼雷作动器的精确运动,能够有效减小系统脉动,并提高系统效率至70%以上。通过鱼雷舵机伺服系统的计算,对其必要元件选型,并采用AMESim仿真,当作动缸末端位移量在0.021 m趋于平稳时,此时EHA舵机系统受力均大于2500 N,调整时间为0.2 s,且幅频特性为16 Hz,相频特性为41 Hz,保证了鱼雷舵机系统的快速响应,仿真结果满足工作需求,对鱼雷舵机的研发有重大理论意义。For traditional torpedo steering electro-hydraulic servo drive systems that exist in the problem of large pressure fluctuation and low working efficiency,and we put forward a kind of torpedo steering engine based on electro hydrostatic actuator,driven by Ac servo motor directly miniature hydraulic pump,then controls the rotary speed of the micro quantitative pump and changes the flow rate into the entire torpedo steering engine,and achieve the precise movement of the actuator eventually.It can effectively reduce the system pulse,and increase the system efficiency to over 70%.By calculating the servo system of torpedo steering engine,the necessary components are selected,and AMESim simulation is adopted.When the displacement of the moving cylinder reaches a plateau at 0.021 m finally,the force on the EHA servo system is greater than 2500 N,and the adjustment time of this system is 0.2 s,the amplitude-frequency characteristic and phase-frequency characteristic are 16 Hz and 41 Hz respectively,which ensures the rapid response of torpedo steering engine system.It meets the need of practical work,which is of great theoretical significance to the research and development of torpedo steering engine.
