摘  要:为了提高FSAE赛车的操纵稳定性,文中采用自主设计的多连杆独立悬架并运用ADAMS/Car模块创建了整车虚拟模型。对前多连杆悬架转向系统运行双轮同向激振仿真试验,利用ADAMS/Insight模块对悬架的车轮前束角、外倾角、主销后倾角及内倾角四个运动学参数进行优化分析,并对优化前后的整车虚拟模型进行转向盘转角阶跃输入和虚拟蛇形穿越仿真试验。结果表明,悬架的整体运动特性得到较大的提升,整车的操纵稳定性也得到改善,对提升整车的操纵稳定性提供了参考。In order to improve the handling stability of FSAE racing car,this paper builds a vehicle virtual model of FSAE racing car based on self-designed multi-link independent suspension using ADAMS/Car module. Using the ADAMS/Insight module to optimize the four kinematic parameters of the toe angle,camber angle,caster angle and kingpin inclination angle of the suspension by the parallel travel simulation test of the front suspension and steering system,and then the step steer test and fish hook test are carried out for the vehicle virtual model before and after optimization. The simulation results show that the overall kinematic characteristics of the suspension are greatly improved and the handling stability of the vehicle is improved,which provides a reference for the improvement of the vehicle’s handling stability.
