摘　　要：推进高等教育“三全育人”,归根结底是要把立德树人融入教育各环节,贯穿高等教育各领域,体现在学科体系、教学体系、教材体系、管理体系各方面,全员全过程全方位地锻造能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。如何在高等教育人才培养体系中落实立德树人的根本要求,是高校人才培养中亟待解决的重大问题。从软件工程专业人才培养实际出发,探索面向人才需求导向的软件工程专业实践能力培养体系,提出“三全育人”新模式及实现路径。通过五位一体架构,构建有特色的创新培养体系。利用软件资格考试平台,培养更符合社会发展需求的软件工程人才。To promote the“three all-round”education,it is important to integrate moral education into all aspects and all fields of higher education,including the discipline curriculum,teaching system,teaching materials and management system,so that it can cul⁃tivate the new generation to take on the responsibilities of national rejuvenation in the whole process.However,it is challenging to im⁃plement the fundamentals of moral education in the personnel training system of higher education.From the reality of software engineer⁃ing education,this paper explores the talent-oriented practical training system,and proposes a roadmap to achieve“three all-round education”.We built a unique innovative training system through the“five in one”framework,based on the software qualification ex⁃amination platform,which aims to cultivate talents that meet the needs of social development.
