摘 要:针对机器人RV减速器摆线轮,在等距修形方法的基础上,将修形量以线性和多项式方式变化,推导了修形后的摆线齿廓方程。基于压力角变化规律,通过控制齿根和齿顶的最大压力角和最大修形量,可以控制齿廓曲线修形区间不同位置的修形量。所提出的基于压力角的修形方法与传统修形方法最大的不同是:在摆线轮工作段,摆线轮齿廓为标准齿廓,非工作段与工作段是光滑连接的。在VB中编写了摆线齿廓的修形程序,对不同修形量和压力角时的修形区间和啮合力进行比较,结果表明,不同压力角所对应的工作区间是不同的,而基于压力角的分段修形方法下的啮合力分布更加均匀。Abrscat For the cycloid gear of RV reducer used in robot, on the basis of the isometric modificationmethod, the modification quantity is changed in linear and polynomial ways, and the cycloid tooth profileequations after profile modification are derived. Based on the change rule of pressure angle, by controllingthe maximum pressure angle and the maximum profile modification of tooth root and top, the tooth profilemodification at different positions in the modification interval of the tooth profile curve can be controlled. Thebiggest difference between profile modification method based on the pressure angle and the traditional methodis that in the working section of cycloid gear, the tooth profile of cycloid gear is standard, and the non-working section and the working section are smoothly connected. The modification program of cycloid toothprofile is compiled in VB, and modification interval and meshing force are compared under different profilemodification and pressure angle. Different pressure angles correspond to different working areas, and themeshing force distribution based on pressure angle sectional modification method is more uniform.
