摘  要:为了减轻教师的工作强度和提高电工考生的训练效率,设计了一套智能型低压电工实操考试模拟训练台。根据智能训练台功能需求,提出了其整体设计方案,并设计了专用的地线插座和有线电平测试笔以及控制算法。训练台控制器可根据I/O端口输入电平的变化情况判断某操作步骤是否已执行,并依据控制器的核心算法,能够在自主练习模式中随时向考生给出语音提示,而在模拟考试模式中只显示和播报考试最终结果。该训练装置使用方便,实用性强,具有很好市场前景。In order to reduce the working intensity of teachers and improve the training efficiency of electrician examinees,a set of intelligent simulation training platform for low voltage electrician practical exercise examination was designed in this paper.According to the functional requirements of the intelligent training platform,the overall design scheme for the platform was put forward;and the special ground wire socket,the special wire electricity-level test pen and control algorithm were also designed for the training platform.The training platform controller can determine whether a certain operation step has been executed according to the change of the input level of the I/O port.According to the core algorithm of the controller,the voice broadcast could be given to the examinees at any time in the autonomous practice mode;and only the final results of the exam could be displayed and broadcastded in the simulation exam mode.The training platform is convenient to use and it is practical.It will have a good market prospect.
