摘　　要：随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,特殊教育事业的发展进入崭新的阶段。加强师资队伍建设对实现特殊教育均衡发展、推进特殊教育现代化、提升特殊教育质量、促进特殊儿童全面发展均有重要意义。为解决当下西南地区特殊教育教师配备不足、专业化程度低、教师准入与评聘机制不健全等问题,本文剖析了造成这些问题的各种因素,并根据西南地区特殊教育学校师资队伍发展的实际需求,提出破解西南地区特殊教育发展问题的具体路径,以期推动西南地区特殊教育学校师资队伍建设迈出稳健步伐。With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the development of special education has entered a new stage. It is great significant to strengthen the construction of teaching staff for realizing the balanced development of special education,promoting the modernization of special education,improving the quality of special education and promoting the overall development of special children. In order to solve the predicament of insufficient special education teachers,low degree of specialization and imperfect mechanism of teacher recruitment and evaluation in Southwestern areas,this paper analyzes the various factors that cause the predicament,and put forward the specific path to solve the predicamentaccording to the actual needs of the development of teachers in special education schools in Southwest China,promoting the steady step in the construction of teachers in special education school in Southwestern areas.
