摘　　要：缓解开放大学课程辅导教师的职业倦怠是提高开放教育学生支持服务质量的重要举措。研究基于勒温的场动力理论,通过半结构访谈法探究开放大学课程辅导教师职业倦怠的影响因素。研究发现:教师的工作期望、工作负荷及专业技能,开放学习者学习动机、学习态度和学习能力,开放大学的评价机制、质量监督、课程设计和师资管理是影响课程辅导教师职业倦怠的重要因素。对策包括两个方面,从教师个人场域来说,应变革学习支持理念,构建专业学习共同体;从环境场域来看,应完善管理与评价机制,促进辅导教师专业化发展。Reducing the burnout of tutors in open university is a necessary measure to improve the quality of students support service in the open education.This paper,based on the field dynamics theory by Lewin,adopts the semi-structure interview method to explores the influencing factors of job burnout of online tutors.It is found that job expectations,workload and professional skills of the teachers,learning motivation,learning attitude and learning ability of the learners,open university evaluation mechanism,quality supervision,curriculum design and teacher management are important factors influencing the job burnout of tutors.The article puts forward strategies to alleviate the burnout of tutors in the open university,and provide suggestions for the student support services in the open education.
