摘 要:目的分析四位一体教学法在妇产科临床见习教学中的应用价值。方法选取80例我院2017年1月-2018年12月期间的妇产科临床见习生为研究对象,根据教学方法不同分为两组,对照组40例采用传统临床见习教学模式,研究组40例应用四位一体教学法,对比两组教学效果及带教满意度。结果研究组见习生的理论考核成绩为(91.7±3.1)分,实践考核成绩为(89.5±4.6)分,与对照组的(82.5±3.8)分和(81.6±3.2)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组见习生的教学满意度为95.0%,对照组满意度为75.0%,P<0.05,组间差异有统计学意义。结论四位一体教学法应用于妇产科临床见习带教,可有效提高学生的学习兴趣,增强学生学习的主动性,促进其理论知识和实践能力的双重提升,提高学生对临床见习教学的满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of the four-in-one teaching method in clinical probation teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 80 clinical probationers of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching methods,they were divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group were taught by traditional clinical probationary teaching mode,and 40 cases in the research group were taught by the four-in-one teaching method.The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical examination scores of the probationers in the study group were(91.7+3.1)and(89.5+4.6).There were significant differences between the two groups(82.5+3.8)and(81.6+3.2)(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the probationers in the study group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 75.0%,P<0.05.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The application of the four-in-one teaching method in clinical probation teaching of gynecology and obstetrics can effectively improve students’interest in learning,enhance their initiative in learning,promote their theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and improve students’satisfaction with clinical probation teaching.
