摘　　要：对于医学本科生来说,想要得到高质量的毕业实习,提升自身专业能力,重要条件之一就是提高医学生的三基能力,高校应当结合学校实际情况,在医学本科生进行临床实习之前对学生及教师的三基能力进行提高,完善学生的知识结构,提高教师的带教能力,在医院的配合下让学生更加快速的适应实习工作,使学生的临床实习效果得到明显提升,实现临床实习的实际意义。本文就是针对临床实习中提高医学本科生三基能力对实习医院的基础要求以及提高三基能力的有效途径进行的探讨,希望能够找到提高医学本科生临床实习中三基能力的有效途径,为培养合格的医护人员奠定良好的基础。For medical undergraduate students,one of the important conditions to obtain high-quality graduation practice and improve their professional ability is to improve their three-basic ability.Colleges and universities should improve students’and teachers’three-basic ability before clinical practice,perfect students’knowledge structure,improve teachers’teaching ability,and make students adapt to practice more quickly with the cooperation of hospitals,so as to significantly improve students’clinical practice effect and realize practical significance of clinical practice.This article is to discuss the basic requirements of improving the three basic abilities of medical undergraduates in clinical practice for the practice hospitals and the effective ways to improve the three basic abilities,hoping to find an effective way to improve the three basic abilities of medical undergraduates in clinical practice suitable for most colleges and universities and lay a good foundation for training qualified medical personnel.
