离子色谱法在现代分析测试技术实验教学中的应用

摘　　要：为丰富现代分析测试技术实验课程的教学内容,应对新形势下地方高校的发展动态,将利用离子色谱测试样品的实验增加至传统的现代分析测试技术实验课程中。介绍了实验的基本原理、仪器的组成部件、实验的操作步骤、注意事项及仪器的维护保养等内容。该仪器的应用领域涉及环境、食品、生物、应用化学等专业,与日常生活密切相关,能激发学生的学习兴趣,同时也能拓展现代分析测试技术实验教学的内容。In order to enrich the teaching contents of experiment course of modern analysis and testing technology,and cope with the development trend of local universities under the new situation,the teaching of using ion chromatography was added to this course.Experiment principle,the components of the instrument,operation steps,issues need to pay attention to and the maintenance of the instrument are introduced.The instrument has wide application field including environment,food,biology,applied chemistry and others,which is closely related to daily life,and can arouse students'interests in learning,and expands the content of experimental teaching of modern analysis and testing technology.
