摘 要:目的在"互联网+"时代背景下,探讨在外科护理学课程中实施医学院校在线跨校修读学分课程设计及应用效果。方法结合护理学专业特点,采用线上+线下的混合式教学方法,经过网络课程资源的前期准备、集体备课、视频资源知识点的设计和课后作业及测验的设置来完成整体课程设计。以形成性评价及总结性评价相结合的方式,在学生中实施在线跨校修读学分课程的教学改革。结果在线跨校修读学分课程的应用,培养了学生自主学习的能力;线上+线下混合式教学方法的实施,强化了课程中的重点及难点内容,增加了学生动手参与的机会。结论在线跨校修读学分工作的开展,可以实现优质教学资源共享,能够全面提升课程建设水平和教学质量。Objective Under the background of "Internet +", this paper discusses the effect of design and application about Cross-registration credit courses in online learning in surgical nursing. Methods The application of online cross-school credit course has cultivated students undefined ability of autonomous learning, and the implementation of online and offline hybrid teaching method has strengthened the key and difficult contents about the surgical course, and finally increased the opportunity for students. Results Through the overall design of the curriculum system and the application of the hybrid teaching method, the students undefined ability of autonomous learning is cultivated, and the implementation of the online and offline hybrid teaching method strengthens the key and difficult contents of the curriculum, further increases the opportunities for students to participate in the process, and accelerates the internalization of knowledge. Conclusion The development of online cross-school study credit can not only realize the sharing of high-quality teaching resources, but also improve the level of curriculum construction and teaching quality in an all-round way, and finally transport more high-quality talents for the development of medical career.
