四段式气调贮存与常规贮存条件下烤烟片烟的质量差异分析

摘　　要：对四段式气调贮存与常规贮存2种方式下烤烟片烟的质量差异进行试验研究。结果表明,与常规贮存方法相比,四段式烟叶气调醇化贮存技术能较好地延缓片烟颜色转深程度,明显提高烤烟片烟的醇化质量,有效延缓片烟质量下降的速度,延长已达到适宜醇化质量片烟的保质期。The quality differences of flue-cured tobacco strips between four-section tobacco air-regulating aging storage technologyand conventional storage were studied in this experiment.The results showed that compared with the conventional storage,four-section tobacco air-regulating aging storage technology could inhibit tobacco strips over-darkening,improve the quality of tobacco strips aging,slow down the descent speed of tobacco strips quality ef⁃fectively,extended shelf-life of tobacco strips which have already achieved the suitable aging quality.
