摘 要:针对某乘用车右悬置隔振性能不足的问题,通过调整悬置被动侧动刚度来优化悬置传递率。建立悬置传递率有限元分析模型,并结合试验设计技术、近似模型技术、多目标寻优算法和稳健性设计,以满足悬置传递率设计要求为约束条件,以传递率稳健性最高、动刚度目标值设定合理为设计目标,对被动侧动刚度目标值进行寻优。通过对右悬置被动侧结构进行加强,使被动侧动刚度达到计算获得的最优目标值,试验结果表明,优化后的右悬置传递率整体超过20 dB,满足设计要求。In view of the insufficient vibration isolation performance of the right mount of a passenger car,the vibration transmissibility of the mount was improved by adjusting passive-side dynamic stiffness of the mount.The finite element model for transmissibility analysis was established,and combined with experimental design technology,approximate model technology,multi-objective algorithm and robust design to find the optimal target value of the passiveside dynamic stiffness.The constraints were to meet the design requirements of mount transmissibility,and the design objectives were to achieve the highest transmissibility robustness and reasonable dynamic stiffness target value.Through strengthening the right mount’s passive side structure,the passive side dynamic stiffness could reach the optimal target value.The test results show that the optimized right mount’s transmissibility is more than 20 dB,which can meet the design requirements.
