摘 要:针对钢板弹簧动力学模型在整车平顺性仿真分析时,仿真精度低等问题,以钢板弹簧的刚度特性对整车平顺性的影响为对象进行研究。将某型载货汽车作为分析对象,在ADAMS/car中,利用leafspring模块建立钢板弹簧模型,对钢板弹簧模型的摩擦和接触进行设置,并对板簧模型进行刚度验证。利用ADAMS/car建立板簧悬架模型及整车动力学模型,考虑到轴荷是载货汽车研发过程中的重要参数,需要对其进行修正。利用凸块路面,对修正后的载货汽车整车模型进行平顺性仿真,并与实车道路试验做对比,仿真与试验结果显示:驾驶室座椅导轨处的仿真峰值与对应实车测试峰值的误差绝对值小于20%,说明载货汽车动力学模型满足平顺性仿真精度要求。In view of the problem of low simulation precision in the smoothness simulation analysis of vehicle dynamic models,the influence of the stiffness characteristics of the leaf spring on the ride comfort was studied.With a certain type of trucks as the analysis object,the leaf spring model was built using the leaf spring module in the ADAMS/car code.The friction and contact effects of the leaf spring were considered and the stiffness of the leaf spring is verified.Then,the ADAMS/car was used again to establish the leaf spring suspension model and the whole vehicle dynamic model.The axle load was modified with the consideration that it was an important parameter in the development process of the truck.Using the bump road surface,the smoothness simulation of the modified vehicle model was carried out and compared with the actual road test.The simulation and test results show that the difference between the smoothness peaks at the cab seat rail in the simulation and in the corresponding real vehicle test is less than 20%,which indicates that the dynamic model of the truck meets the accuracy requirement of the ride comfort simulation.
