摘　　要：VOLTE全称为Voice over Long-Term Evolution(长期演进语音承载),是通过IP通道拨打语音电话,其承载在IP多媒体子系统(IMS)网络,通过4G的专用承载来实现语音通话。从而不再依赖传统的语音电路,是4G语音的最完美解决方案,比CSFB(4G回落3G)接续时间短,语音更清晰,还可以实现高清视频通话。随着VOLTE终端的逐渐普及,运营商开通VOLTE用户数也逐年爆炸式增长。VOLTE full name is Voice over Long-Term Evolution(Long term evolution voice bearer)The voice call is made through the IP channel and carried on the IMS network.The voice call is realized through the dedicated 4G bearer.Thus,it no longer relies on the traditional voice circuit,which is the most perfect solution for 4G voice.Compared with CSFB(4G fallback 3G),it has shorter connection time,clearer voice,and can also realize HD video call.With the gradual popularization of volte terminals,the number of volte users opened by operators is also growing explosively year by year.
