摘 要:新中国成立后70年间,张裕公司秉承传承、创新、国际化的发展战略,坚持葡萄酒、白兰地酒类为主业,葡萄原料与酒种统筹发展,技术质量协调并进;坚持技术、产品、模式和体制创新;坚持资本、市场、原料、技术与质量标准国际化,逐步发展成为世界第四大葡萄酒公司。本文从葡萄品种发展与原料基地布局、技术研发与平台建设、产品质量体系建设、产品的世界表现、全球化布局与世界地位等方面,对张裕公司70年发展历程予以总结和回顾,以期为未来张裕公司和中国葡萄酒产业发展提供借鉴。During the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,Changyu has been adhering to the development strategy of inheritance,innovation and internationalization,and sticking to the main business of wine and brandy,craftsmanship in brewing and quality,overall development of grape raw materials and wine species,and coordinated development of technical quality.Changyu company has always adhered to technological,product,model and system innovation,and adhered to the internationalization of capital,markets,raw materials,and technology and quality standards,and gradually developed into the world's fourth wine company.This paper summarized and reviewed the development of Changyu company 70 years from the aspects of grape variety development and raw material base layout,technology research and development,platform construction,product quality system construction,product performance in world market,global layout and status.This will provide a reference for the future development of Changyu company and the Chinese wine industry.
