摘　　要：本文针对地方性高校轨道交通信号与控制专业办学中存在的问题,对新工科背景下轨道交通信号与控制专业人才培养模式进行了研究与探索,通过优化人才培养方案,更新人才知识体系,创新工程教育方法,强化教师工程背景,加强实验室和实习基地建设,开展校企合作协同育人等多项措施,提升培养轨道交通信号与控制专业建设水平,培养德学兼修、德才兼备的高素质应用型人才。Aiming at the problems existing in the running of rail transit signal and control major in local colleges and universities,this paper studies and explores the training mode of rail transit signal and control specialty under the background of new engineering.By optimizing the training scheme,renewing the talent knowledge system,innovating the engineering education methods,and strengthening the teacher's engineering background,the paper puts forward some suggestions.Strengthen the construction of laboratories and practice bases,carry out school-enterprise cooperation and education,and other measures to enhance the level of rail transit signaling and control professional construction,and cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents with both moral and academic integrity.
