摘 要:2018年国家卫计委批准对天麻进行为期2年的试生产。天麻纳入新资源食品名录大势所趋。在此背景下,以湖南雪峰山天麻为原料,经隔水蒸煮烘干处理,在单因素试验基础上通过响应面分析对多糖提取的工艺条件进行系统优化。结果表明,天麻多糖的最佳工艺为料液比1∶8.2,提取温度40℃,提取时间31.3 min,在此条件下进行验证试验得到天麻多糖量为14.89%。该方法科学、简便,可以为雪峰山天麻药食两用产业化加工奠定基础。The National Health Commission of our country approved a two-year trial production of Gastrodiae elata in 2018.It is a general trend that Gastrodiae elata should be included in the list of new resource food.Under this background,the extraction process of polysaccharides from Gastrodiae elata in Xuefeng Mountain of Hu'nan Province was systematically optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of Gastrodiae elata polysaccharides were the ratio of material to liquid 1∶8.2,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 31.3 min.Under these conditions,the yield of Gastrodiae elata polysaccharides was 14.89%.The method was scientific and simple,which can lay a foundation for industrialized processing of Gastrodiae elata as medicine and food in Xuefeng Mountain.
