摘　　要：以主机检测装置考核实验台的设计为基础,细致地研究了Danaher ServoStar600系列驱动器内部的速度环结构,通过对比参数调整前后系统的变化,说明了PI控制器参数对电机转速精度的影响。确定了系统各项参数后,分析了系统的频域及时域特性。实验曲线表明系统达到了精度指标的要求。在工程中,特别是在对电机转速精度控制方面具有一定的参考应用价值。Based on the design of the main engine test device evaluation experiment table,the structure of the Danaher ServoStar600 driver's internal velocity loop is studied in detail.Comparing with the changing of pre and post adjusting system parameter,affect of the velocity loop PI controller parameter on the precision of motor speed is explained.After the system parameter determined,the frequency-domain characteristics and time-domain characteristics is analyzed.The experimental curves showed that it had achieved the requirement of the precision indexes.It had certain reference value in engineering application,especially in precision control of motor speed.
