基于教师党员导师制的高校全方位育人机制建设的研究

摘　　要：高等院校党建和思政工作对于学生教育培养具有重要作用。论述了教师党员导师制的概念、工作形式、组织领导和考核形式;结合教师党员导师制建设的工作,创建“三全三建”的党建和思政育人机制,开展“三全育人”工程,探索教师党员导师制在高校全方位育人机制建设和高校人才培养的新模式。Party building and ideological and political work in universities play an important role in student education and training.This paper discusses the concept,work form,organization leadership and assessment form of the tutorial system for teacher Party members.In combination with the construction of the teacher Party member tutorial system,the Party building and ideological and political education mechanism of“Three Aspects of Education and Construction”is established,and the project of“The All-round Education”is carried out,so as to explore the new mode of the teacher Party member tutorial system of all-round education mechanism construction and talents training in universities.
