摘　　要：基于卫生检验检疫人才的需求,提出以创新性实践能力培养为导向的卫生检验检疫人才培养"1-4-4-3"模式,即一个目标、四课同开、四段递进、三位一体模式。以创新人才培养为目标,必修课、选修课、实践技能课、网络课程四课同时开展,进行认知阶段、体验阶段、孵化阶段、转化阶段四段递进式实践训练模式,构建集创业教学、创业科研、创业实践为一体的多层次、立体化卫生检验检疫学专业人才培养模式,从而构建适合卫生检验检疫学创新实践能力的人才培养体系。This paper puts forward the "1-4-4-3" mode of talent cultivation of health inspection and quarantine oriented by innovative and practical ability cultivation. In this mode, required courses, optional courses, practical skill courses and online courses, are carried out at the same time, with the cultivation of innovative talents as the goal. Four practical training models are implemented in cognitive stage, experience stage, incubation stage and transformation stageprogressively.A multi-level and three-dimensional training model of health inspection and quarantine professionals is constructed, which integrates entrepreneurship teaching, scientific research and practice. The mode proves to be suitable for talent cultivationof health inspection and quarantine science with innovative and practical ability.
