摘  要:目的探讨信息化背景下"首科导师负责制"在护生临床实习中的构建与实践效果。方法以云南省昆明市中医医院为例,护理带教团队在对临床带教老师、实习生及各类教学活动进行分析的基础上,基于PDCA循环管理模式,结合信息化特点,引入"首科导师负责制",形成三维结构化教学管理模式,并分析其动态循环的效果。分别选取"首科导师负责制"实施前实习本科护生154例和实施后实习本科护生154例为研究对象,调查实习本科护生对教学的评价,实习本科护生自我评价学习目标、专业认同和沟通能力。结果 "首科导师负责制"实施后,实习本科护生对教学的认可度提高,学习目标、专业认同、沟通能力得到提升。结论引入"首科导师负责制"并形成三维结构化的教学管理模式,有利于对护生进行个性化培养,提高导师的教学水平,实现医院教学质量的持续优化。Objective To evaluate the first-tutor responsibility system in clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing students under the background of informatization. Methods A group of clinical tutors form Kunming Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine had analyzed the current situation in clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing students, and introduced a first-tutor responsibility system based on plan-do-check-act(PDCA) cycle and education informatization. The practical effect of first-tutor responsibility system was evaluated dynamically. Totally 154 undergraduate nursing students recruited before implementation of first-tutor responsibility system and 154 students recruited after implementation of first-tutor responsibility system participated were investigated a survey about teaching evaluation. Results The implementation of first-tutor responsibility system had increased students ‘recognition of teaching methods, as well as identification of learning objectives, profession and communication skills. Conclusion A three-dimensional teaching model with first-tutor responsibility system helps to cultivate individuality of nursing students and improve the teaching ability of tutors, in order to achieve continuous optimization of clinical teaching quality.
