摘  要:人食管下括约肌(LES)包括神经调节、自身调节、体液调节三种调节方式。三种方式中体液调节涉及多种激素类物质,但均与G蛋白耦联受体结合发挥作用。激素类物质因配体和受体的不同调节功能也不尽相同。通过研究其作用机制发现通过进一步开发,有望通过药物调节治疗食管动力性疾病。The lower esophageal sphincter(LES)includes three ways of regulation:nerve-regulation,self-regulation and body fluid regulation.Among the three ways,humoral regulation involves a variety of hormones,but all of them play a role in binding with G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs).Because of the different regulatory functions of ligands and receptors,hormone substances also have different regulatory functions.Through the study of its mechanism,we found that through further research and development,it is expected to treat esophageal motility diseases through drug regulation.
