继续教育的时代使命与践行:改革与转型中的清华大学继续教育发展研究  

The Mission and Practice of Continuing Education: A Probe into the Reform and Transformation of Tsinghua University’s Continuing Education

摘　　要：本文梳理了2002~2017年十六年间,中国共产党四次全国代表大会报告关于继续教育的表述。结合清华大学继续教育管理实践,总结了清华继续教育积极主动贯彻党的全国代表大会精神,在高校中锐意改革、创新发展,主动服务国家发展战略、服务人才队伍素质能力提升、服务学校中心工作所开展的工作及发展现状。在党的十九大提出中国特色社会主义进入新时代这一大背景下,结合十九大报告中关于办好继续教育的新要求,分析了清华继续教育面临的新的历史机遇和挑战,对继续教育改革转型进行了思考,并提出意见建议。This paper compares the statements on continuing education in the reports of the 16th,17th,18th,and 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China from 2002 to 2017.Based on the practice of continuing education administration at Tsinghua University,the paper summarizes all the efforts Tsinghua has made to reform and innovate continuing education to better serve the nation’s development strategy and talents development as well as the key task of the University itself.As"socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era"according to the 19th National Congress of CPC,the paper analyses the new requirements for continuing education and new historical opportunities and challenges faced by continuing education at Tsinghua,and then ponders on the reform and transformation of continuing education,and puts forward some suggestions.
