摘 要:目的探讨中医药高等院校临床实践教学创新模式及应用效果。方法选取2013级、2014级中医学专业、中西医结合临床医学专业五年制进行毕业实习的学生为研究对象,随机将其分为2组,其中试验组36名学生采用基于微信平台的以学生为主体、教师为主导的临床实践教学新模式,对照组36名学生采用传统临床实践教学模式,对2组临床实践教学效果进行比较。结果试验组学生的理论考核成绩、综合能力考核成绩均高于采用传统临床实践教学模式的对照组(P≤0.05)。结论在中医药高等院校采用基于微信平台的以学生为主体、教师为主导的新型临床实践教学新模式可显著提高教学效果,并可提高学生对临床实践教学的满意度。Objective To explore the innovative mode and application effect of clinical practice teaching in TCM colleges and universities.Methods TCM students in grade 2013 and 2014 five-year for graduation practice(including combine traditional Chinese and western medicine direction)of students were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group of 36 students adopted taking the student as the main body,teacher as the leadership of the clinical practice teaching mode based on micro letter platform.The control group of 36 students applied traditional clinical practice teaching mode.The clinical practice teaching effect was compared.Results The results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P≤0.05).Conclusion The new teaching mode of clinical practice,which is student-centered and teacher-led based on WeChat platform,can significantly improve the teaching effect and students’satisfaction with clinical practice teaching in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.
