中医院校护理实习生急症抢救的带教体会

摘　　要：目前危急重症患者日益增多,人民对于医疗行业的期望值日益上升,对医务人员的急症应对能力提出了更大的挑战。作为医务人员后备军中的重要组成部分,实习护生们临床抢救经验欠缺,医疗行为规范有待提高,这可能会引起医疗纠纷。为了促使实习护士们更快适应临床急症抢救,现主要通过对中医院校急症抢救护理带教问题进行分析,并提出应对措施,供同道参考。At present,the number of critically ill patients is increasing,and the people's expectations for the medical level are increasing,which poses greater challenges to the emergency response capabilities of medical personnel.As an important part of the medical staff,the internship nursing students have lack of clinical rescue experience,and the medical behavior norms need to be improved which may cause medical disputes.In order to promote the internship nurses to adapt to clinical emergency rescue,this paper mainly discuss and the emergency rescue nursing teaching problem of the hospitals in the area of traditional Chinese medicine and propose some solutions to the problem put forward countermeasures for reference.
