青年教师任课前试讲中反映的问题探析——以某高校新增临床医学院为例

摘　　要：通过参加某高校新增临床医学院青年教师任课前的试讲中反映的问题,建议青年教师要注重教学设计,要提升教学方法,完善PPT制作,教态要自然,重点内容要总结、归纳,提升学生的学习兴趣,让学生加深记忆。青年教师所在的科室、教研室以及院系要支持,多举办教学比赛、教学观摩、讲课经验交流会,提升青年教师的教学水平。This paper analyzes problems reflected in trial teaching of young teachers in a new college of clinical medicine,advises are given to them.It is suggested that young teachers should pay attention to teaching design,improve teaching methods,improve PPT production and teach naturally.During lectures the key contents should be summarized so as to enhance students’interest in learning and deepen their memory.The clinical departments and the teaching departments where young teachers are located should support them by holding more teaching competitions,demonstration lectures and lecture experience forum to improve the teaching level of young teachers.
