药剂学科国家重点实验室建设的微观管理探讨

摘　　要：培养实用型人才是众多医药院校教育的核心目标,而实验教学是本科教学的重要组成部分,是理论结合实践,培养学生动手能力的重要环节。精准化、科学化的实验室管理对于实验教学预期效果的达成大有裨益。结合本校药剂实验中心多年的建设实践,对实验教学过程中的人员、设备、原辅料、试药试剂以及实验室管理制度等环节进行了深入的研究,从微观入手细化管理,提升实验室管理的整体水平,最大程度满足实验教学的需要。Cultivating practical talents is the core goal of numerous medical colleges, and experiment teaching is an important part of undergraduate teaching,combining theory with practice and training students’ manipulative ability.Accurate,scientific laboratory management is of great benefit to the expected results of experiment teaching. In this paper,we conducted in-depth research on the personnel,equipment,raw materials,reagents and laboratory management system in the experiment teaching process,according to the construction practice of the pharmaceutical experiment center for many years. This paper intents to further promote the overall management level of laboratory and satisfy the need of experiment teaching by means of micro-management.
