摘　　要：高职院校的教育教学主要以社会需求为目标导向,在依法治国的背景下,法治意识和法治素养的形成对于大学生的成长就业有着直接的影响。文章对在高职院校中开展法律课程改革必要性进行探讨,并对法律教学现状进行了阐述,在此基础上提出了法律课程教学改革的对策。The education and teaching of higher vocational colleges is mainly guided by the social needs.Under the background of ruling the country according to law,the formation of legal consciousness and legal literacy has a direct impact on the growth and employment of college students.This paper discusses the necessity of carrying out law course reform in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the current situation of law teaching,on this basis,the author puts forward some countermeasures for the reformof law course teaching.
