摘　　要：安徽建筑大学对校企合作实践进行创新,有利于高校与企业合作培养优质人才,满足双方在新时期的共同发展需求。高校教育工作者需要正确认识校企合作,以校企合作的特点与作用作为认知基础,分析现阶段的校企合作实践创新问题,结合问题采取强化双方合作理念、加强双方合作沟通、共同制定培养计划、共建教学实践基地、创新合作管理模式、争取政府政策支持等措施,实现校企合作的有效创新。Anhui Architectural University’s innovation in the practice of school-enterprise cooperation is conducive to the cooperation between universities and enterprises to cultivate high-quality talents and meet the common development needs of both sides in the new era. College educators need to correctly understand school-enterprise cooperation, take the characteristics and functions of school-enterprise cooperation as the cognitive basis, analyze the practical innovation problems of school-enterprise cooperation at the present stage, take measures to strengthen the concept of cooperation between the two sides, strengthen cooperation and communication between the two sides, work out training plans, build teaching practice bases and innovative cooperation. The effective innovation of school-enterprise cooperation can be realized by means of management mode and government policy support.
