摘 要:美国作为全球高等教育最发达的国家,在推进高等教育大众化的过程中,通过实施荣誉教育,成功保持了精英教育的精髓,为美国的科技发展和人才强国战略提供了大量具有创造性思维的拔尖人才。本文以纽约州立大学石溪分校荣誉学院为例,与我国"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划"进行比较研究,以期为我国拔尖创新人才未来发展道路有所参考和借鉴。As the most developed country of higher education in the world, the United States has successfully maintained the essence of elite education by implementing honorary education in the process of higher education popularization. It has provided its development of science and technology and the strategy of talented persons powering the nation a large number of top talents which have creative thinking. This paper takes Honorary College of Stony Brook State University of New York as an example to provide reference during China’s top innovative talent cultivation, via comparatively investigating it against China’s"Pilot cultivation program of top talent in basic disciplines".
