摘　　要：以培养学生独立思维与创新能力为目的,根据电机与拖动知识结构与特点,对课程的教学内容、教学方法改革进行探讨,对电机与拖动教学有一定的指导意义。This paper focuses to raising the student independent thought and the innovation ability has studied,In view of present electrical machinery teaching knowledge system and characteristics,this paper discussion the teaching practice and the teaching method.It has the certain instruction significance to the electrical machinery teaching practice.
