摘  要:新中国成立70年教育管理的价值取向演进,大致可分为四个阶段,即政治取向阶段、经济取向阶段、民生取向阶段与强国取向阶段。政治取向阶段显著特征是以政治为中心,基于"教育为政治服务"原则思考、定位、谋划教育事业发展;经济取向阶段显著特征是强调教育服从、服务于国家经济建设大局,基于"教育为经济建设服务"原则来思考、定位、谋划教育事业发展;民生取向阶段基本特征是基于"教育为民生服务"原则来思考、定位、谋划教育事业发展;强国取向阶段将教育纳入建设社会主义现代化强国的宏伟蓝图,一方面确定建设教育强国目标,另一方面确定通过建设教育强国来推进中华民族的伟大复兴,由此来谋划教育事业的发展。把握新中国成立70年教育管理价值取向的演进轨迹及其逻辑,有助于深化对新中国成立70年教育事业发展历程及其成就的理解,增强对新中国教育事业发展的自信心。The evolution of the value orientation in education management over last 70 years since the founding of New China can be roughly divided into four stages, namely, politics-oriented, economy-oriented, people’s livelihood-oriented and strong country-oriented. The politics-oriented stage is politics-centered. The development of education was considered, positioned and planned based on the principle of"education for politics". The salient feature of the economy-oriented stage is to emphasize that the education should obey and serve the overall national economic development. Education was considered, positioned and planned based on the principle of "education for economic development ". The people’s livelihood-oriented stage, with the basic feature of thinking and positioning education based on the principle of "education for the people’s livelihood". In the strong country-oriented stage,education is incorporated into the grand blueprint of building a socialist modern nation, with the goal of building a strong education country, and on the other hand, promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by building a strong country of education, and therefore, the develepment of education is planned. Grasping the 70-year evolution and logic of value orientation in education management since the founding of New China will help to deepen the understanding of the development process and achievements of education over the last 70 years since the founding of New China, therefore, enhance the confidence in the development of education in New China.
