摘　　要：金融工程专业具有实践性强、创业性强的特点,在金融工程专业教育中融入创新创业教育能够增强培养效果,提升就业竞争力。应用型高校金融工程专业与创新创业教育融合要打造专业与创新创业融合的师资队伍、构建"专业+创新创业"教学内容体系、构建创新创业平台体系、改革教学方法和手段、改变对学生的评价导向,构建符合社会需求的专业与创新创业教育融合的教育体系。Financial engineering specialty has the characteristics of strong practicality and entrepreneurship. Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into financial engineering specialty education can enhance training effect and enhance employment competitiveness. The integration of financial engineering specialty and innovative entrepreneurship education in Applied Colleges and universities should build up the teaching staff of the integration of specialty and innovative entrepreneurship, construct the teaching content system of "specialty + innovative entrepreneurship", construct the innovative entrepreneurship platform system, reform teaching methods and means, change the evaluation orientation of students, and construct the specialty and entrepreneurship that meet the social needs and the innovation and entrepreneurship education integration education system.
