摘　　要：成人教育的全民化、终身化促进了职业教育的发展,同时个人职业发展的需求也进一步推动了成人教育向职业技能教育发展。成人教育要根据自身职业教育的特性和发展方向不断地创新教育形式和教育方法,从而满足个人和社会发展对于成人教育下职业教育功能和价值的需求。The popularization and lifelong development of adult education promotes the development of vocational education,and the demand of individual vocational development further promotes the development of adult education to vocational skill education.Adult education should constantly innovate educational forms and methods according to the characteristics and development direction of its own vocational education so as to meet the needs of individual and social development for the function and value of vocational education under adult education.
