摘　　要：大学生学科竞赛是高校提升人才培养质量、强化实践教学工作的重要组成部分,是实施创新创业教育的重要手段,在培养学生创新精神、实践能力、团队协作和综合素质等方面发挥着重要作用。贵州师范大学针对目前大学生学科竞赛管理体系不健全的核心问题,基于法约尔组织管理理论,探索和构建了一套更科学、系统、可行的组织流程、经费管理、奖励形式、前期培育和支撑保障等内容的大学生学科竞赛组织管理体系,通过实践检验可操作性强,效果显著。The subject competition of college students is an important part of enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and strengthening practical teaching in colleges and universities,and an important means of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education.It plays an important role in cultivating students'innovative spirit,practical ability,teamwork and comprehensive quality.In view of the present college students of guizhou normal university the core issue of competition management system is not sound,based on the fayol organization management theory,explore and build a set of more scientific,and feasible system,organizational processes,funds management,incentive means,prior to nurture and support the content such as organization and management system of college students'subject competition,through practical operability is strong,the effect is remarkable.
