摘　　要：目前高校的知识产权教学主要是围绕知识产权法展开的,同时也凸显了知识产权的教学体系、教学方法上的单一和狭隘,该文在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,阐述了知识产权教学目前存在的不足,并提出了相应的解决对策。The intellectual property rights of teaching in colleges and universities is mainly revolves around intellectual property law,but also highlights the intellectual property of the teaching system,teaching methods on a single and narrow,based on the"public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation"era background,this paper expounds the knowledge property right is the lack of teaching at present,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
