摘　　要：运用文献研究法、问卷调查法及因子分析法等方法,对2461名疾病预防控制中心公共卫生医师的岗位胜任力要素进行分析,并构建公共卫生医师岗位胜任力模型。构成要素包括6个公因子,并将其分别命名为综合能力与职业精神、医学基础知识、实践技能、公共卫生知识、健康管理、发展与创新6个维度。其因子权重分别为24.79%、26.34%、14.94%、11.70%、13.06%、9.17%。对要素的重要性评分结果显示,实践技能和综合能力与职业精神这两个维度得分较高。影响公共卫生医师岗位胜任力的要素可以归纳为6个维度,其中医学基础知识和综合能力与职业精神对胜任力的影响最为突出,建议加强对疾病预防控制中心公共卫生医师医学基础知识和综合技能的培训,以建立更优质的疾控人才队伍。By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and factor analysis,this paper analyzes the competency factors of 2,461 public health physicians of center for disease control and prevention(CDC),and constructs the competency model of CDC public health physicians.Through the principal component analysis,six common factors are named as comprehensive ability and professionalism,medical background,practical skills,public health knowledge,health management,development and innovation.The factor weights are 24.79%,26.34%,14.94%,11.70%,13.06%and 9.17%,respectively.The results show that the scores of practical skills and comprehensive ability and professionalism are higher.The factors that affect the competency of CDC public health physicians can be summarized into six dimensions,of which medical background and comprehensive ability and professionalism have the most prominent impacts on competency.It is suggested to strengthen the training of basic medical knowledge and comprehensive skills of CDC public health physicians,so as to establish a better CDC team.
