摘　　要："双一流"建设背景下,外语教育至关重要。基于需求分析理论,以西部某研究型综合大学为例,对该校2017级和2018级非英语专业本科生的英语学习需求进行问卷调查,共收回有效问卷6550份,调查分析该校大学英语课程设置情况,结合《大学英语教学指南》中的建设性原则,从课程目标、课程内容、课程实施和课程考核4个方面研究为高校建设大学英语课程提供启发。Under the background of the"Double-class"construction,and foreign language education is of importance.Based on the theory of Need Analysis,taking one research-oriented comprehensive university in the west as an example,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the English learning needs of the undergraduates of the Grade 2017 and Grade 2018 non-English majors to investigate the situation of college English curriculum design,and a total of 6550 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the Guidelines on College English Teaching,suggestions are provided for colleges and universities to construct English courses in terms of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum assessment.
