北京职业教育的多维结构特征及其优化研究

摘　　要：随着首都核心功能的重新定位和非首都核心功能疏解的稳步推进,北京的职业教育迎来了新的发展机遇,同时也面临转型升级发展的巨大挑战。北京职业教育如何更好地适应新的发展需求,有必要先弄清其结构特征,方能探讨其优化的对策和路径。本文首先回顾了北京职业教育的发展历程和现状,并基于官方统计数据,从空间分布、办学层次、办学主体和专业门类四个方面分析了北京职业教育的结构特征和存在的问题。根据北京职业教育的现状特征和问题,结合北京经济社会未来发展趋势和特色高水平职业院校的建设任务,进一步探讨了北京职业教育结构优化的系列建议。With the repositioning of the capital’s core functions and the steady progress of the non-capital’s core functions,Beijing’s vocational education has ushered in new opportunities for development,but also faces great challenges of transformation and upgrading.How to better adapt to the new development needs,it is necessary to make clear the structural characteristics of Beijing vocational education,in order to explore its optimization strategies and paths.Based on the official statistical data,this paper first reviews the development process and current situation of Beijing vocational education,and analyzes the structural characteristics and existing problems of Beijing vocational education from four aspects:spatial distribution,school level,school subjects and professional categories.According to the current situation and problems of vocational education in Beijing,combined with the future development trend of Beijing’s economy and society and the construction tasks of characteristic high-level vocational colleges,this paper further discusses a series of suggestions for optimizing the structure of vocational education in Beijing.
