孝文化作用于大学生学习动力的研究

摘　　要：在党和国家提倡大力弘扬优秀传统文化的大环境下,目前大学生普遍存在相当程度的传统文化缺失的状况。文章分析大学生学习动力现状和影响因素,通过思想教育方式将孝文化教育融入日常教育计划中,作用于学习动力的内外影响因素。将“孝”作为切入点,以“和谐”为导向,引导大学生立志立向、和谐大学生家庭关系、优化在校学习氛围,从而正向促进学习动力以提升学习成效。In the great environment of the party and the country advocating great efforts to carry forward the excellent traditional culture,there is a general lack,to a certain degree,of traditional culture in college students at present.The paper points out that the positive connotation of outstanding Confucian filial piety culture,analyzes college students'learning motivation,explores the internal and external influence factors on learning motivation,with"filial piety"and"loyalty"as the starting point.It suggests that by way of ideological education the filial piety culture be integrated into the daily teaching plan,so as to change students'family filial piety atmosphere,enhance students'gratitude consciousness,and promote college students'learning motivation.
