摘　　要：高校科研水平是高校内在实力的体现,高效的科研管理对推进高校科研发展具有重要作用。高校具有独特的人文属性特点,文章通过分析目前高校科研管理实际,以“需要层次”理论为基础,全面探索人本主义管理在科研人员和科研管理人员两个主体中的实现途径,提高高校科研管理的水平,促进高校科研全面发展。The scientific research level of colleges and universities is the embodiment of the inner strength of colleges and universities.Efficient scientific research management plays an important role in promoting the development of scientific research in universities.Colleges and universities have unique characteristics of humanistic attributes.This paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research management in colleges and universities,based on the theory of"hierarchy of needs",comprehensively explores the ways of humanistic management in the two main bodies of scientific research personnel and scientific research managers,and improves scientific research in universities.The level of management promotes the comprehensive development of scientific research in universities.
