拓展式CAD教学融入机械基础类课程的探索

摘　　要：作为地方性本科院校在教育投入、硬件设施、生源质量等方面与“985工程”院校、“211工程”院校存在明显差距,而读图、识图能力是机械专业的基本工程能力,需要循序渐进的加强训练。为提高学生培养质量,在机械专业试点拓展式CAD教学模式探索,以机械制图基本教学作为教学设计单元,应用计算机辅助设计拓展图样绘制和零件设计,辅以适当的项目式教学,优化机械类基础课程的教学内容及教学方法,主要包括:课程的随堂测试、习题驱动、作业点评、竞赛激励四个方面。实践表明,在课程学时压缩的情况下,拓展式CAD教学实践能较好地达到图学教学预期目标,此外较易在机械类专业实施,并可延续至整个大学本科的专业课程教育,这种灵活的教学模式为地方性本科院校培养合格机械工程师做出了有益探索。As a local undergraduate college,there is a significant gap with the"985 Engineering"college and"211 Engineering"college in investment in education,education facilities,and terms of students quality and so on.The ability of reading and reading maps is the basic engineering ability of mechanical specialty,which needs to be strengthened step by step.In order to improve the quality of students training,this paper explores the expanding CAD teaching mode in the pilot project of mechanical specialty,takes the basic teaching of mechanical drawing as the teaching design unit,applies computer-aided design to expand drawing and parts design,supplements with appropriate project-based teaching,and optimizes the teaching content and teaching methods of mechanical basic courses.The expanding CAD teaching mode mainly includes four aspects:in-class test of curriculum,strengthening exercise drive,commenting on homework problems and competition incentive.Practice shows that the course under compression,the expanding CAD teaching mode can better achieve the desired graphics subject teaching objective,and easily implement in mechanical and other specialties,and extend to the undergraduate course education.This model has made beneficial exploration for training of qualified mechanical engineer for local undergraduate college.
