摘　　要：我国社会目前仍处于转型期,随着宽严相济刑事政策的落实,社区矫正人员的数量不断攀升,他们的教育、重返社会和再犯罪预防,是构建和谐社会不可忽视的问题。社区矫正人员自食其力、重返社会的重要难题之一无疑是就业困难。剖析社区矫正人员接受职业教育的现实必要性和重大意义,并提出了弥补社区矫正人员职业教育立法空白、多渠道筹措职业教育经费、定期进行职业倾向调查、司法部门与职业技术学校共建职业教育体系等若干加强社区矫正人员职业教育的可行性建议。In the transitional period in our society,along with the criminal policy of tempering justice with mercy.The number of community corrections are increasing.Their education,reintegration and recidivism prevention,are problems that can not be ignored in the construction of harmonious society.One of the difficulties for them to live on themselves and return to the society is employment.The practical necessity and great significance of their occupational education are analyzed in this paper and suggestions are put forward for the occupational education of the community corrections:filling in the gap of legislation in this education,multi-channel financing of occupational education,regular investigation of occupational inclination;and the co-construction of occupational education system by judicial department and vocational-technical schools.
