摘　　要：随着组织行为学研究的发展,越来越多的研究者开始注意不道德行为的积极因素,人们可能为了组织利益去做不道德的事情,即亲组织不道德行为。通过对国内外亲组织不道德行为相关研究进行总结和梳理,滤清亲组织不道德行为产生的影响机制及当前研究的不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。With development of Organizational Behavior Studies,more and more researchers have noticed the positive factors of unethical behavior.People may do unethical behavior for the benefit of the origination,which called unethical pro-organizational behavior.This paper summarizes and combs the researches on unethical behavior of pro-organization at home and abroad,filters out the influence mechanism of this behavior and the shortcomings of the current research,and further explores the future research direction.
